CNC
POP is primarily a 3D printing shop, but we do own and operate a TRAK TMC7 mill as well as a TRAK 1630HS-RLX lathe. We primarily use these machines to create small additional parts for customers who need prints, and/or to post-process prints or related items. For example, we can 3D print a large fixture plate and then post-machine critical features to ensure a perfect fit.
In addition to machining 3D printed plastics, we can machine other plastics, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. We can also modify off-the-shelf components, and re-machine existing components or assemblies as needed – though we're not your typical CNC job shop, we are here to help! |
